BrainSAIT MCP Extension

A HIPAA/NPHIES-compliant Model Context Protocol extension exposing FHIR support, clinical decision workflows, and bilingual Arabic/English NLP to any MCP-capable client — this is the layer that lets Claude and other MCP clients act directly on BrainSAIT data.
